Employees & People
The Group takes its responsibility to protect, support and prepare its employees seriously. The Group focuses on providing opportunities and resources to its workforce and leading by example in areas such as: workplace safety, health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, training and development.

Ethics
The IFAA Group is committed to conducting itself in a legal, ethical and trustworthy manner. This means upholding its regulatory obligations and complying with both the letter and spirit of its business policies.

Engagement
The Group values teamwork and work in partnership with other organisations to have a positive impact on the communities where we live and work. The Group also seek to engage with suppliers who adhere to socially responsible business practices.

Environment
The IFAA Group recognises we have a shared responsibility to protect our planet. Although its facilities and operations have a small ecological footprint, the Group works to reduce the environmental impact of its business through its approach to sustainability and preservation, conservation, and waste reduction practices.

Code of Conduct
The IFAA Group Code of Conduct Policy provides the mechanism to foster a culture of honesty and accountability and to prevent dishonest or unethical conduct. This policy outlines the responsibilities of Group employees, ensuring that they are aware of their obligation to conduct themselves in a legal and ethical way. The Group also has other policies that support the Code.
